I ordered two of these frames - one in white and the other in one of the blue shades. They came very quickly. They are beautiful frames and I will enjoy them. The white frame had a little chip or ding in the enamel so I emailed Addison Ross. They replaced the frame for me and it arrived quickly too. Very good customer service!
