“Have welcomed our first granddaughter into the family over the past two months. Can't bear to remove pics of our our own children from existing frames, so have needed to add new frames. We have bought marquetry and enamel; they are all beautiful. Craftsmanship is first rate, and the ordering, fulfillment and shipping has been fast and seamless. Will order again from AR without hesitation. It is so gratifying to encounter a company that cares about the quality of their product and the care of their customers.”

“Delighted with my purchases ( a variety of photo frames ) and also with the fact that , in the run up to Christmas the first order having been stopped at the depot mysteriously , Addison Ross traced the reason ( items broken in transit) , and sent a replacement order by express post . First class customer service .”

“Fabulous customer service. One frame arrived with a small chip. I phoned and got through very quickly. They apologised and assured me a replacement would be sent by express delivery that day. Replacement arrived the next morning. Very impressed with the frames and the fantastic service. Will definitely use again.”
