The wonderful support team in the North East , who were able to suggest the best replacement frame , as the one I really wanted was out of stock . To the alerts telling me the status of my order . “The Sophie Paterson placemats and coasters I purchased are beautiful, really well made and were packaged very nicely. The amount I was billed for my order was in excess of the prices shown on the website and the placemats are not the size advertised - they are listed as 15” in diameter, which is what I wanted, to place cutlery on the placemat as well as a plate but the items that arrived are 13” in diameter, so quite a bit smaller and roughly the same size as our plates, so isn’t quite the look I was hoping for. I emailed customer services twice to query this and to see if a 15” size is also available but I received no response beyond an automated holding message.”

I can confirm that the Sophie Paterson place mats are 13 inches in diameter, which is listed in the product description on our website. I can also confirm that you paid the correct price for both the place mats (£171 for a set of 4) and the coasters (£96 for a set of four). If you would like to arrange a return please contact customer support. We would also like to investigate further why you think there has been a discrepancy in what you thought the sizing and pricing might be. If you could email us any screenshots as an example of this it would be greatly appreciated! Once again thank you for purchasing from us.

“I ordered 2 picture frames with 5-7 business day delivery. They were supposed to be here by now and they are gifts for birthdays tomorrow. I keep asking and all I’m told is they will put in a request to the warehouse. Terrible customer service and I am not even sure I’ll ever get my order. A lot of money and nothing to show for it. Very unsatisfactory!!”

“I can’t fault the products… they are fantastic and I’m very pleased but I should say disappointed with delivery. I paid £9.95 for express delivery 1-3 days on a £200+ order last Thursday and and I did not get it delivered until Following Wednesday when I was unable to be at home to receive it. My husband picked it up the following day. Absolutely no way it was express and I would have had free delivery anyway and it would have taken similar time. I missed the deadline I needed to use as a gift anyway because it was late. Very unlike AR to be fair. I have bought loads and love the products.”

“I ordered a photo frame and it came beautifully and well wrapped however the glass was broken. I sent an immediate email after the lunchtime delivery. I got a speedy response saying they would send out a replacement, the replacement arrived before 9 a.m. the morning after. Ten stars for customer service.”

“I love the quality of the Bobbin Grinders I have (in many colors!); however, be warned the coloring is not consistent. Ordered two orange bobbin grinders - one is a fun, bright orange and one is a burnt orange … totally DIFFERENT shades of orange!! Very frustrating when ordering online and not being sure which color will arrive!!”

“I bought a picture frame on line, was delighted to find uploading a picture for printing and insertion in the frame was included as a no charge option. Impeccable quality frame, well printed picture, beautifully packaged and received the next day. I don't know how the service or quality could be bettered. A joy to deal with a firm that just 'nails it'. What a brilliantly run company!”
