“My salt/pepper mills arrived well packaged and looking beautiful. I intend to give them as presents, so as yet I have no experience to report of them in use. That will be the challenge - but I have full expectatrion tghat they will perform well as they seem well made and solid!”

“A frame that I bought several years ago was recently swapped out by Addison Ross without hesitation, as it had tarnished unexpectedly. I am so impressed with the outstanding customer service I received in the process. I already loved the company's products andthere is absolutely no doubt that I shall be buying from Addison Ross again!!”

“Beautiful frames all delivered promptly. Sadly lots of fluff inside the frames on the printed photographs which was annoying as they were gifts and the recipient noticed straight away.”

“For many years I have ordered one of their beautiful enamel frames on line as a birthday/engagement/wedding present and the best part is that I can upload a picture of the recipient (s) which they put in the frame before wrapping it beautifully. Job done!”
