“Iam a regular customer, but this time I don't like what your delivery guy did. Usually I ordered items for our restaurant and we are opening at 12pm so I always keep a note "to be delivered at 1pm" but today your delivery guy called me around 11:20 and asking that he is already in the shop, politely I'm asking him that no one still there and 12pm staff will come if he can able to comeback. He keep asking "no I'm just morning delivery if you want cancel your orders" I was a bit disappointed that time because the item he brings is urgently needed today "Ramen noodles" I tell him I'm your regular customer and Usually you delivered to me in a 1pm onwards. But the delivery guy still asking me cancel the orders. I don't have a choice but to cancel what I can do. I hope someone from your company can read this and contact me personally for my complain. This is very disappointing.”

“ORDER ATC14173 this is my order number i order this oil.but insteaed they give me any other brand which i am not using. they said this item its not available .then they send me otherone without asking.that one i dont want. Noor 100% Pure Sunflower Oil - 1.5LTR × 1”

“Hello The first time they delivered the items The second time i ordered thy said it will be delivered after 4 days and when the day came they said we can't deliver until next week And now my restaurants is out of stock They could have told me that before”
