“Very disappointed with service. Built me a pergola in April. Did not fit the quality of polycarbonate I wanted. Fitted a damaged sheet and the roofing has leaked since the first rains. Tried putting more silicone in but that failed, then decided he had used wrong silicone, tried another type, still leaks but not as bad. Now says it will be trial and error so doesn't know how to do the job he charged for. April to October, long time to work out how to do this job despite me regularly contacting by email, phone and in person.”
