If I could give a zero I would. The worst customer service ever. Firstly I had to chase my order, secondly they cancelled my order in the last minute and thirdly I had to chase the refund. I was told I have to call my bank for the refund. I used to love Adidas but now I don't think I will buy Adidas again. Its a nightmare.

Purchased a pair of walking boots online for £78. When they arrived the tag said £62. Emailed and called them for an explanation and refund and was told (and I quote) ‘the warehouse should have removed that price as we sell them for more online’. Are you serious Adidas?? Nike for me now…

An item I ordered was not in the package I received, I was told that everything is double checked at their end and that confirms the item was in the box. They're refusing to acknowledge they might have made a mistake and no replacement item or refund will be issued. Going round in circles with their terrible customer service department.
