“ A month later, I called again and was told that the shoes were no longer available and that they would supposedly issue me a refund. ”

“ When I sent them back ( I didn't have original packaging so they said i could send them back anyway) they said as they were a bit worn and dirty they would not give a refund and would send the faulty shoes back as they were not in original condition. ”
