“After 15 years of loyal purchasing, they closed our account due to inactivity because I bought 2 years of materials for our manufacturing a couple of years ago.
Then, after driving 2 hours from our factory/warehouse, refused to sell us the cable we required, then told me I would have to leave the store and open a new account.
NOPE, ADI Winnipeg ruined a perfect good relationship and NONE of my companies will be buying from ADI.
