“My freezer recently stopped working. The team identified that a 3-way valve needed replacing, and came back to fit this after an initial consultation. They also had to be recalled to fix another issue, which they did. The entire team was extremely helpful, and the engineers polite, and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to friends, and would like to thank them for all their help.”

“ADK installed a second domestic air conditioning unit at our home earlier this month. I am entirely satisfied with their service, they came on time when arranged and fitted the unit in half a day even when it was not a standard installation. Contact with ADK is helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them.”

“ADK were fast and efficient. Upon coming across the contact online, I immediately got through to a friendly member of the admin team. A couple of hours later a member of the sales/technical team, Omar, contacted me and he was at the property to survey and advise within two days. Omar was honest with his advice. He could have easily have pushed a sale which he didn’t!”

“Dear ADK. Found this possibility to give my feedback on service to you. I am Norwegian, have a property in Ascot with a Norcool unit for a walk in cooler room . I have struggeled to find a co to help me to source parts from Uk or Norway. I have dealt with UZMA who has really been fantastic, very helpful, speedy feedback or clarifications, and finally a "ready to help" attitude. Such people make a difference and makes ADK stand out .... Keep up your good work !!”
