Website was easy to navigate price offered saved me over£100 on my renewal

No problems with insurance but tried to put renewal price up by £200 pound, cancelled and round a better insurance £400 cheaper

Was their client 3 years in a row. Had best price on the market for 3 years. Now, their best price was higher than last my last year's car insurance and almost 300 more than another insurance company that I made a deal with. 3 years of no claim, always paid in time yet no more advantages.... They need to step up their game if they want to win their clients back.
