Not have the bracelet

Purchased one of their most expensive items at a cost of over £50. It kept falling off. The locking clasp is useless. I have e-mailed the company about this and had no reply. I have phoned on numerous occasions and left messages of their Giffgaff voice mail and not heard back. Customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Nice looking product but unfit for purpose as the proxy thing falls off at least 12-15 times a day. Drove me crazy. Previously Had one off e-bay for a tenner which lasted for over 5 years and only came off about once a week.

Bracelet arrived faulty. When I repost yes the fault and sent photos I was told that that wasn’t the bracelet they sent me?? Appalling customer service. I am still waiting for my free post return so I can get my refund.

I did not receive yet the product ; and looking the tracking to see where it is , I saw I had to pay something for the taxes ….. I hope not !!!!!

Am unable to comment on the bracelet I bought as it is for a birthday present in 2 weeks. However I had the bracelet gift wrapped and I would advise against this as it is such poor quality wrapping and poor quality paper that I will have to take it off and rewrap it myself. I am very disappointed with it and hope the bracelet isn't a reflection of this 😕

The Gift Wrap service was taken off for revising because of this feedback. It will be back after a complete revision.

The Royal Mail is losing people every day because of the Corona Virus, some of them died, and Mr. Wright think that 3 days delivery delay warrant a negative feedback. Mr. Wright needs to show some sensitivity.

A nice bracelet which was delivered on time. The only difficulty is removing the links as the pins are badly corroded. Overall, very disappointed.

We were on Christmas holiday, and we had large messages at the site that we will post paid orders in the new year. Order now posted, and we will not be on holiday until late December 2019 :)

I have ordered the item on 22 of december and still have not go it yet. It was a present and i am very disappointed. I understand its Christmas period but still its over 9 days already

Excellent quality. So pleased with the first bangle, I bought another 4. They are ideal xmas presents. I highly recommend MPS.

I ordered and you couldn't supply as you underordered on item that was advertised !!!!!poor way of doing business would of still had it in due course but my order was cancelled so hope the money in my account very poor .

I ordered 4 items on January 6, 2017 and have not received them yet and it is now Feb. 20, 2017. I have emailed them and they sent tracking number. I have emailed them again stating I still have not received my items. I get no answer from them. Will not use again. Unhappy, USA

Tracking Number: RS034021115GB. It appears to be lost in the USA by the USPS (Actually, the USPS seems to think that the parcel is still on its way, since mid January). Refunded in full on 21/02/2017.
