I regret ever registering with this Trade Company. They are just being dishonest when they promise to let you know but never follow through. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly suggest contacting Mrs. Charlotte Scott to avoid making the same mistake that I did. They gave me great assistance in getting my money back. I thank God I came in contact with MADACOVI.CO if not I would have been in debt after I was scammed in an online business , I invested $300000 only for the company not to pick my call and text ,there was no way to reach them , a friend refer me to MADACOVI.CO and they retrieve my money

I made an order of a bracelet and2 extra links, I got the bracelet alright BUT THERE WAS NO EXTRA LINKS THAT I PAID £7 FOR THEM. I EMAILED SAYING ABOUT THE MISSING LINKS TWICE, AND TRIED PHONING MANY TIMES BUT NO ANSWER. IT IS TO SMALL FOR ME!!!!!! WHAT CAN I DO KNOW??????

I have not received the parcel and the tracking number supplied does not exist ,nobody replay to my email and the phone number nobody answers. So I think it's a very bad experience

Do NOT use this company I have been trying to contact them by email and phone. Nobody replies to emails and the phones do not get answered. The worst company I have delt with.

The Royal Mail post-movement across the UK have been delayed because postal staff have been forced to self-isolate with Covid. The Royal Mail informed us today that most of the bottlenecks are now resolved. SEE MOST CUSTOMERS' FEEDBACK ABOUT OUR REGULAR FAST SERVICE.

Purchased one of their most expensive items at a cost of over £50. It kept falling off. The locking clasp is useless. I have e-mailed the company about this and had no reply. I have phoned on numerous occasions and left messages of their Giffgaff voice mail and not heard back. Customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Nice looking product but unfit for purpose as the proxy thing falls off at least 12-15 times a day. Drove me crazy. Previously Had one off e-bay for a tenner which lasted for over 5 years and only came off about once a week.

Bracelet arrived faulty. When I repost yes the fault and sent photos I was told that that wasn’t the bracelet they sent me?? Appalling customer service. I am still waiting for my free post return so I can get my refund.

Am unable to comment on the bracelet I bought as it is for a birthday present in 2 weeks. However I had the bracelet gift wrapped and I would advise against this as it is such poor quality wrapping and poor quality paper that I will have to take it off and rewrap it myself. I am very disappointed with it and hope the bracelet isn't a reflection of this 😕
