“The bracelet was sent via the postman I received it quite soon after ordering. It’s very nice if a little large, I ordered standard size. I did get a free link remover but I think I will have to remove 2 links with the design of the bracelet.. it maybe too tight, I will wear it as it is. Thanks”

“Item was in stock and delivery was very quick. The only problem I had was there was a free tool to remove pins so links could be removed to shorten the bracelet. The tool was no use whatsoever as the bracelet was so narrow it just didn’t work. It probably would have worked on a broader bracelet.”

There are two extra pins stored in the base of the tool. They are longer, and are suitable for narrow bracelets.

“Several friends of mine have been using magnetic bracelets for sometime. When my arthritis-especially in my hands- got so bad that it was really disrupting my life, I decided to look at other options away from the pain killing route. I ordered a MPS bracelet. It arrived very quickly. My first impression was what a good quality item it was. I had ordered the standard length. So I had to remove several links. This was no problem as a tool to do this was included. I am trying to keep an open mind as to" if it works" but I honestly feel that it is.”

“The colours and decoration are lovely. The bracelet is too large but you have sent a means to correct that. A better quality of clasp would have merited the 5th star. Like many who buy magnetic jewellery, I have seriously arthritic hands and find the provided clasp really quite difficult to use. May I suggest that a magnetic clasp would seem sensible, even as an option for a small extra charge”

“i lost my old bracelet on holiday and since then i was in a lot of pain i suffer with osteoarthritis but since i have been wearing my new one the pain has improved immensely it is nice and light i think i may get one for my ankle to help with the pain on the opposite side”
