“Tried to book a course, called up and was told to speak to a James who wasn't there and told to call the following day. I did inform customer service agent it was vital I book asap as I was due to fly away the day after the course offered. (course 14-15th my flight 16th)
The next day I called on 4 separate occasions trying to get hold of this James and was given various reasons of why she wasn't present from away from desk, lunch, not here & gone home.
I emailed numerous times, filled the online form on their website and still no reply. the course I applied for has 3 options and I wanted more info on which one was suitable for me or if any as they all have different costs, one CS agent even told me pay and then choose after basically just wanted my money and obviously if there was a issue later I would've lost my funds.
my credentials is I'm a self employed associate trainer for a variety of companies and would say to prospective learners there are plenty of other training providers and wouldn't not recommend this one until they retrain their staff on basic customer service and learn how to deal with enquires and not just sell courses without any knowledge.
I hope those who read this will benefit going forwards when looking to book training courses.

“What a bunch off. The keyboard would melt if I really said what I thought. Sufficent to say , course material, cluttered , complicated and unusable. Support, what support? The only answer I got to query after about a fortnight 'Read the Book ' . If I could understnd the book I wouldn't be queriing things!
There are cheaper , more supportive , totally on line course providers. I have written of the cost of this course and gone with another provider. When I mentioned ATA, the silence said it all.”
“Single handedly the WORST money I have ever spent. Avoid at all costs. They take you money and you WILL NOT get a qualification. The company is going into liquidation as you will see when you search them on companies house. The woman who continues to answer the phone and claims to be the manager will HANG UP ON YOU whenever you question why you haven't received your qualification. She will call you stupid and be nasty. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BOOK A COURSE HERE!!! I contacted city and guilds who they claim to be their awarding body- THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THIS COMPANY USING THEM AS THEIR AWARDING BODY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.”
“completed my 3 day course, you're required to submit a assignment (approx 6000 word essay) in 3 weeks (which is fine) however during the covid-19 period members of my family fell ill and had symptoms and as the NHS website guidelines i quarantined, therefore i was unable to post the assignment in which i emailed their office and did not receive any response.. until i managed to post my assignment and received an email asking for £25 PW for late submission.. so i called the office and had a very rude female representative on the phone and basically told me i should've risked it and posted the assignment regardless of the illness, or the fact i couldve been infectious.”
