“I ordered some fuel additives on 17 May and received a dispatch confirmation email the following day. However, as of today, 2 June, the courier's tracking system still only shows "Label created by sender".
I contacted their support email today, they simply replied with the tracking number again wrote: "Looks like it was shipped on the 18th May 2026." completely ignoring the fact that the tracking clearly shows otherwise. If they didn't reply this, I wouldn't write this review today. Waste of time and money.
I now believe and know that this company is doing misleading practices, such as generating shipping labels to trigger dispatch notifications while the items remain unshipped, probably due to stock unavailability, or worse, no intention to ship at all.
I've accepted that this money is gone. I will not be purchasing from them again. Adventure Industries, I hope my hundred bucks would make you rich.
If someone else enjoys making charitable donations to dishonest businesses, by all means, please shop away.”

Ordered something 3 days before easter and paid for premium shipping hoping to get it before or during the long weekend so i can work on my vehicle, but nothing! Couldn't even get the status of my order!!”
