“I ordered products from Boldking twice. On the second occasion they signed me up for their repeat service, whereby I would receive products automatically every month. I did not ask for this service. They did not tell me when I ordered that they were signing me up for this service. They then sent a series of threatening emails to me when I failed to pay for the products I did not order.
And their products are not actually very good quality. Their deodorants are very abrasive on the skin.”
“Shocking customer service. Placed my first order 22 March, started chasing 7 days later, then to be told delayed & wait a few more days, 11 days later still nothing. Sent several emails asking for refund had no replies. Messaging via website doesn’t work, have now tried Instagram & Twitter to try and get hold of them. All phone lines don’t work and cut off before you can leave messages. Clearly not a proper business, avoid at all costs.”
