“Awful web experience. Impossible to find the products I regularly buy. Search is rubbish. Credit card details wouldn't populate. Had to refresh. 0/10 for UX. Fire the web designers and do something that is a pleasure to use not something you think in the boardroom looks good and know how to use. It's a shame as the products are good but then, so are many of your competitor products that are easy to purchase online.”

They always say that the best way to judge a company is by how they deal with problems; Aesop has come out tops here! Oh, and the product is SO nice as well; not cheap but lasts well.”
