“I bought a dog supplement a few months ago from Pawfy, and the payment went through Shopify = Affirm- - now they/Affirm send me e-mails all the time, that I owe them money for a contract /loan I have with them for a Pawfy product. I have no contract or order and Pawfy confirms on the phone, that I do not owe them anything, there is no outstanding order/ nor a scheduled order ... I do not know how to respond anymore- millions of e-mails sent, that I do not owe anything, have no contract and they have nothing in writing, me neither.”
