Terrible company- bought a phone and didn't receive it for over 2 months, customer service tried to convince me to change my order because they had run out of stock and threatened I wouldn't get the watch which came in the deal if I didn't change, escalated care promised contact regarding compensation- didn't and ignored me afterwards.

Called affordable mobile for the umpteenth time, a rude rude man told me that he was doing me a favour essentially taking my call because he works in sales not customer services but oh by they way they do not have a customer service line only sales line ( how predictable) so he can't give me customer services number.

Very poor service agreed contract on Wednesday all security checks they said phone tomorrow Thursday .I said I couldn’t be in as working away can they deliver Saturday they said no problem. Which obviously was. As when I contacted them for update Saturday they said I wouldn’t be getting it till available again absolute joke keep away.

Great service, my only gripe is that the contract was advertised as "you pay £35 a month" but that's not the case as they then add vat, surely this should be advertised as £35 excluding vat.

Awful service. First no SIM arrives with the phone and then I’m being massively overcharged for a contract that I did not sign.

Absolutely shocking service lost money having to wait in for the delivery which the driver fraudulently claimed to come to my property and noone was in when I have cctv to prove they didn't dpd dint care and neither did affordable when I got in contact saying yo contact dpd when I already had and they wasnt bothered affordable saying they can't do anything when under the consumer rights act it is they're responsibility todo somthing and chase the company they choose to delver the parcel

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they provided me with a faulty mobile and have still bot given me my money back even though i returned it 11 days ago. Poor customer service. They just don't care at all. Very quick to take my money though.
