“Placed my order on the 11 June 23. No confirmation however money was taken out of my account. Emailed no reply.
I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back. Really disappointing”

We're sorry to hear you've not yet received your order. Your order was dispatched the very next morning but looking at your tracking number, it's stuck in transit hence the delay.
