“Delivery and service was fast and prompt, but the reason I gave it a 4 star was because Techyard didn't reach me in time to inform me that one of my product was out of stock. Instead, I only got an update when I email them to ask about the order status. Thankfully, Preston from Techyard was very helpful and immediately got me up to speed, along with replacement suggestions. He even accommodated my last minute change of items (Crucial P3 Plus to Lexar NM620, but unfortunately the latter was out of stock), and promised, then delivered on delivery to my house on the same day.”
