“Not new to Aftershock, however first time purchasing from TECHYARD. Stock issues is nothing new and while understandable due to circumstances like the IT Show recently, it still leaves a bad taste, no one likes to wait 2-4, weeks for their items to arrive especially so if its a local purchase.
Soundbar took almost 2 weeks to be delivered. Now i'm still waiting on a Samsung OLED monitor to arrive.
On the good notes, response from support, Zac & Preston was quick and adequate, when my soundbar finally came in from their distributors, they told it will be delivered in 1 business day and they indeed kept their word, delivery was prompt as well. I always prefer companies to do their own delivery than rely on 3rd party service.
Suggestion wise, I feel they should implement a site feature where the product availability is shown before purchase or setup a live chat where we can inquire on stock live before deciding to make a purchase.”

The delivery leadtime was mentioned in 2 to 4 business day. I received the item in 4th business day after I placed my order. However, I received an SMS at 6.40pm alert me the delivery will be from 8pm to 11.30pm same day. What I short period for buyer to react to receive the item”
