“1. Very competitive pricing compared to all other possible sources of the GPU I wanted. The only source that was cheaper was Amazon, but you will have to deal with US warranty just to save ~50 bucks. On the same note, unlike Sim Lim Square vendors who like to release a pricelist and try to be cheeky and say they are "bundle prices" (forcing you to buy other components together or pay higher than they listed), TechYard prices are fixed and aside from an occasional discount here and there, are pretty stable. This should be the golden standard.
2. Very responsive support staff. I checked the status of my order 1 day after I made it and I got a response within minutes. Delivery guy also called to ensure I was at home.
Overall a very positive experience with TechYard. This is not the first time I bought something, and if they keep this up, definitely won't be the last! The only thing that could be better is if they were present on a platform (e.g. Lazada or Shopee) so I can use the platform discounts as well.”
