“Ordered fo27q2 monitor from them. Product works great! Delivery experience was pretty bad however. Delivery man insisted he didn't know how to use the simple intercom system to call up, and made me come down to collect it on my own. The intercom system literally has one button to press to make a call to our unit. Turns out he just wanted to smoke with his friends. He left my package at the lobby door and just stood at a distance to smoke, and did not even bother to help.”

However, the delivery service needs to be improved. My item was delivered to my home at 2am! I had to wait and lose sleep for my item to arrive. I feel Techyard should switch to day delivery schedule instead of evening to night. Day delivery would allow buffer time in cases of traffic jams or bad weather or other factors that can delay delivery.”

“Legitimate product in new condition with warranty. Price was 66% of what most other places in Singapore sell them for. The website is intuitive to use and presents information clearly.
The product was delivered in 2 business days (ordered at 6am Thursday, delivered 11pm Friday), where they called me for confirmation before arrival, and had overall great customer service. There were regular updates via email as well.
One nitpick is that warranty appears to start from the date of order fulfilment (i.e. when they pack and send it out) and not from the date received, but overall it's a bargain and I would 100% make another purchase here again.”
“Ordered a 4070s from here at a steal. Not only was the delivery extremely prompt (the literal next day!) that was despite my inputting my unit number wrongly. The response to change my mistaken addy was super speedy too within hours. I wish they could have better product tagging/categorisation on the site though; eg atx/matx/itx mobos, likewise for cases and ddr4/5 for ram sticks. Overall service was amazing would shop here again ;)”
