“First of all, thank you for the amazing products you gift us with. One thing I could comment on to maybe support you in becoming better, is that your customer service, at least to my experience, could use some improvement in terms of speed in response. 3 times I e-mailed for support the response was delayed by a whole day or 4 (weekend included).”
