“Hello would’ve given you more stars cause I think it’s fantastic that u sell vimergy thank you. I get a little annoyed at all the constant emails about offers of other products as not interested in anything else! It would be perfect if I just got updates of emails of synergy discounts, had a look at website and tried to alter this but it seems not possible? If I could do this….we would have 100% Thank you again so glad you’re there! Sophia Pilbeam”

“I been buying for a while and I am getting sick of my vitamins always being x-rayed before I get them. When you x-ray them they are basically worthless. I could understand if they are going into another country but I live in the UK, same place they come from. I am thinking they may even be x-rayed twice as it is an American company and your only a stockists for the company. Vimergy is what I buy. Supposedly the purest of vitamins. Once x-rayed they become the worst vitamins.”

“Hi my wife and I have been buying supplements from you for over 2 years and we're very pleased with everything until a few weeks ago when we purchased some propolis when the supplement arrived the bottle was leaking we contacted your customer services and explained what was wrong they asked us to take a picture of the bottle and send it which we did they then told us to send the bottle back but the bottle was leaking badly so we told them this wasn't possible they said if we don't send it back we can't have the bottle replaced we were very disappointed with this response as we have been good customer's for a long time with no problems the man on the phone didn't sound interested we think we deserved better treatment. Since then we have only purchased one supplement instead of the few different ones we normally get.”

“I use AH to get Vimergy products. Delivery is super fast . Packaging could be better. Customer service 3 out of 10 - useless. Don’t like pop up messages on website”

“Ordered the ancestral supplements tallow unfortunately had to stop after a couple of days due to horrible indigestion. Gave 3 stars because I believe AS supplements are very good the beef organs mostly but could not afford them at the time so I settled for the cheaper tallow which was my mistake thankyou”

“I have to give 3 starts as they charge a lot for delivery. As I said Fast delivery but you have to pay so much for delivery service unfortunately. I only buy Vimergy products and find out they are pricey comparing to Canadian prices on Vimergy website, but I am still happy I can get to buy them in United Kingdom.”

“The shop is great but the online ordering system hasn't been working properly for over a year now despite informing them many times that it is faulty. I have tried on different computers and browsers and often the checkout process does not work.”

“Of course I'm not so happy as unable to buy in UK without paying a heavy tax on all your products. I have friends who come over to France who are letting me use their address and are bringing me living libations stuff I ordered from you - but as for shopping with you regularly this is not an option. I wonder if you can copy white stuff or naturismo who don't charge tax on small parcels sorry can't remember what company they use to deliver this. BAM also do this!”

“You have what i want in quality vitamins, but i am not happy that the 2 times i purchased from you my package has been x-rayed. The vitamins i am taking are for a heavy metal detox now i need to fight radiation.”

“I am deeply impressed how fast i get my products from you. But the last time i ordered something from you i found my order in the bin! By accident i went to the bin to throw something in it and there it was a small package. I opened it and there it was my order from you guys. I didnt have a note in my post box that someone has left something for me in the bin or anything. Chance that it wouldve been just gotten lost are huge. Please try and report this matter to your delivery services. Besides that im super happy with you guys, thank you.”

“brexit is a huge problem for my order, I have had to pay custom duties and get the package from postal office. I'm not sure I will go on buying for this reason, you should implement EU stocks in order to avoid this situation.”

“I was recommended this shop as reliable one and it was my first order. I ordered two bottles of lemon balm - small and big. When I opened the delivery big bottle had a plastic protector on the top. The small bottle doesn’t, it was not sealed at all and looked as if someone has already opened it. I sent an email to customer support and they replied very quickly. They confirmed that all their products are sealed on the one hand. But on the other, they just said that even if I had leaking the bottle was safe in the box and not contaminated. Well, I think it’s not about leaking! The bottle was not sealed with plastic protector and I don’t know who opened it and how it was used and I can’t use it now though I paid money for it and Vimergy products are not cheap. But obviously the shop decided to ignore this problem.”
