“Unfortunately, an order placed with you on 11/12/22 (2660) has yet to arrive. I ‘d hoped it was just the turmoil over Christmas & new year period, but still no sign. Your products are excellent & I am obviously disappointed. Please resend order or send a refund. I look forward to your prompt response.”
“I ordered from Ahead, I emailed twice to say I haven't received the order. They never even replied. This is arguably the worst possible behaviour you would expect and I cannot even think of a reasonable excuse, except they have such low standards they don't care or this is normal. Which is a shame as the products were good when I ordered them previously.”
“I have emailed the company about my recent experience and heard nothing back… see below for how my products arrived, the picture of the unwrapped bar isn’t very clear, the bar is basically covered in what looks like a white mould - I’m guessing something went very wrong with storage and the bars melted!! They taste disgusting (I have had them before and they tasted good). The fact that the company would send out a box in this condition is very worrying!!”
“Very poor ordered on the 8th Aug still has not arrived. Sent them emails,WhatsApp them sent them direct messages never came back suddenly order no changed on its way. 7 days later I'm still waiting.
Think the bars taste very nice if they eventually arrive.

“I found the bars to be tasty and I liked the idea that they contain a lot less sugar. Unfortunately they contain something that gives me a very upset stomach. I tried them on two separate occasions and confirmed the bars to be the cause of this.
I’m not aware of any allergies and have contacted customer services for help in identifying the possible ingredient causing this. I’m awaiting a response, although they haven’t been overly proactive so far,”
