Generally very good and efficient service from Dublin city to the airport. Refund policy good also when service is cancelled. However, a bit more notice when a service is being cancelled would be good.

I contacted customer service and explained my situation. I received a very quick response advising me that they had corrected my mistake and reissued the tickets for the correct date .
