“The worst company. Chaos when boarding. Hardly checking the Covid-19 regulations. Not knowing the Covid-19 rules for the country I flew to.
I only had a cabin suitcase which I could not take with me (I refused but as I was one of the few not having elections in my suitcase it had to go in the luggage compartment. The ground stewardess knew at that time, I learned later, that there was no place anymore in the airplane.
At my destination I lost, in the middle of the night while my van was waiting, 1 hour waiting and claiming my suitcase. While the creature who told me it would go in the luggage compartment knew it would not go with that plane..
Horrible, horrible company.
I have flown many times,mainly for business. But never again with AF.”
