I later contacted customer service, who outright refused any responsibility and claimed that because it was self-parking, they are not liable — even though the damage clearly occurred within their supposedly secure facility.

Awful. Arrived at Luton 23.15 eventually got through passport then waited 30 mins for the bus. Dreadful service to a dreadful airport

We have previously used this service many times before, however on the the last two occasions we have had to wait over an hour for a bus to take us back to the carpark.

What's more frustrating is that the actual service provided was also appalling.
