“Stay away, it's a scam. I booked and paid extra to have a refundable deal. I had to cancel my trip so I canceled (in plenty of time). I have sent countless emails, was first told I couldn't get a refund, then when I pushed back, they said I could only get some of the money refunded, quoting some bogus reason that the policy I was using (that allows for a full refund) was for those who didn't pay the extra 30 bucks... does not make any sense. I am waiting for my partial refund it's been 8 days when they said it would take 5-7 days.”
