“The online reservation was very user-friendly. An email confirmation of the reservation was emailed promptly and contained accurate instructions for the meeting place and an emergency contact number, if needed. Our drivers were both courteous and on-time. The vehicle we reserved comfortably fit 6 adults with one large and one small suitcase for each adult (as advertised). Price was fair. And the reservation gave the option of paying the driver (no upfront fees or deposits or credit card information required). Actual price matched advertised price.”
