An absolute joke, DO NOT USE!!! We booked return transfers over 6 months before our travel date to ensure that we had airport transfers booked in and didn’t have to worry about getting a suitable taxi on the day. Our taxi to the airport didn’t turn up, I rang the WhatsApp emergency number but nobody answered, I then began receiving WhatsApp text messages. I.was told that it would be with us in 3 minutes. 6 minutes later I text them back to say that it wasn’t with us and they said, ‘ apologise driver our driver caused an emergency and dicliend your booking apologise for this ‘ ?!!! When I asked what now they said ‘ please take altarnative we are still looking altarnative‘ I asked if that meant we had to try and find a taxi at 6am in morning for 5 people with luggage which we needed immediately ourselves and they said, ‘’ we are looking if any driver accept your job we update you.’ They then sent me this message, ‘ we have 6 seater car you guys easily fit in but your lauugage not fit in easily.’ We did squeeze in but it was a squeeze! They basically ordered an Uber which turned up after 45 minutes of stress and worry that we were not going to get to the airport on time. When we returned I assumed that everything would run smoothly for the return transfer, how wrong could I be. I was contacted by a driver who was waiting outside the airport for our return flight to take us home. He asked us to ring him when we had suitcases and he would drive to a pickup area. We did but when we found him it was an estate car with 2 pop up seats in the back which took most of the luggage space away! For confirmation we booked a transfer for 5 people, 5 suitcases and 5 small suitcases! There was no way that us and our luggage would fit in the taxi. It was the same situation trying to contact them, they don’t answer the phone, then I get a WhatsApp text. ‘ you guys booked minivan 5 pax but your luggage not fit it. ‘ Then another text, ‘ you guys booked wrong vehicle‘ As I said earlier, we didn’t! Then despite me sending texts to try and resolve our situation they just ignored me. The taxi driver that had been given the job stayed with us to his credit and he was trying to contact them as well but after asking for pictures of luggage and other pictures asking for a date and time stamp which neither the driver or us understood what they wanted, then they just stopped replying to him! In the end, over 2 hours after landing we used the taxi that was sent for us for 3 people and the luggage and ordered an Uber to take the other 2 people which we had to order and pay for ourselves. This company has continued to ignore my messages regarding the situation. The taxi driver that took some of us home sent me a picture message from them after he told them he had taken some of us home and the message from them to him was, ‘ sorry, we can’t pay you’ !!! This is my attempt to try and stop other people going through the same stress and hassle and loss of money! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

The absolute worst transfer experience ever. We arrived at Cancun airport and 40 minutes after our pick up time still no sign of our driver. We messaged and he said he was 10 minutes away. 40 minutes later, we messaged again, he said he was 10 minutes away again. We called the 1-800 company help line and they contacted the driver who told them 10 minutes away. Shortly after we were contacted by the driver saying he was at the airport but could not find us, we had already sent him a pic of us standing by column B. 30 minutes later someone else texted us saying the driver was stuck in traffic with a picture and that we should look for other alternative transportation. At this point, it was very late at night and options were limited and expensive. We were told to keep the receipt and would be reimbursed, it was almost 3X the cost for one way. Airporttaxitransfers.com later told us we would need contact their contracted supplier for the refund (the company they used with the dishonest drivers). The company doesn't even reply to emails. Very stressful experience absolutely avoid airporttaxitransfers.com.

Scam!! They charge me first then no confirmation email and no phone number to reach out. Stay away!!!

SCAM - Stranded my daughter at JFK at 5a.m. , making contact is impossible, none of the phone numbers listed reaches a human being... STAY AWAY!!! I cannot imagine who can give a positive review to a scam business

The online reservation was very user-friendly. An email confirmation of the reservation was emailed promptly and contained accurate instructions for the meeting place and an emergency contact number, if needed. Our drivers were both courteous and on-time. The vehicle we reserved comfortably fit 6 adults with one large and one small suitcase for each adult (as advertised). Price was fair. And the reservation gave the option of paying the driver (no upfront fees or deposits or credit card information required). Actual price matched advertised price.
