Guys ajio is fake and using wrong practices in august I ordered 3 product out of which 2 I applied for return but I didn't receive my refund also the product got picked up after taking month for investigation in which I have shared the proof that it has been picked up but they said the delivery partner confirmed they didn't picked up.

If zero was there then I have rated it, in fact I would rate - 1.
I experienced the folowing
1) very poor customer care service as they talk like resolving the complaint but keep on waiting for ten minutes with music placed on hold and then abruptly disconnecting the call.
2) They say they will pick up for exchange but the app all of a sudden will say Return cancelled by us.
3) Upon checking reviews realising the poor service, the I could see that 1Star ratings are almost 2000 negative reviews.
All mentioning the same issues I had faced.
Pray that you are lucky to have a good product other forget refund they will not even exchangeπππππππ

I have ordered dress worth of 2397 rupees and I didnot like the fitting & material I have return it & pickup is done on 1st august,,but I didnot get refund yet I have submitted by bank statements & sent so many mails & even called up many times regarding refund but unfortunately no response on this issue,,Iβm really very disappointed with the service,,Iβm fade-up requesting for refund from 26days nobody is taking initiative to resolve this issue.
