I ordered trousers from ajio app that was Aahwan women single pleated relaxed fit trouser, I ordered 2 trousers but received only one! I thought they will refund my money for 1 trouser or send me the another trouser but they didn't do anything. I'm very disappointed from this! I called customer care 5-6 times they didn't answered my call at all!

There has been a total mismanagement with respect to their deliveries as most of the time they have been delivering wrong articles and then the worst part is when u complain they say this article doesn’t belong to AJIO and we can’t issue a refund against it.

Once the order is placed in few days it starts showing order is delayed then after raising a complaint they simply cancel the order and then say delivery was cancelled by us and then suddenly you see a message saying refund is initiated.

Ajio has changed. Now is in a mess. Wrong product delivered to wrong person. Return procedure is too cumbersome and refund will take more than 15days. Customer has to suffer for mistake of Ajio staff. BOT in customer care does not make life easier. To contact a human in Ajio is a task in itself. Had ordered Tshirts and was delivered with a Kurta. Strange management. Avoidable site now. Disappointed 😞
