I initiated a return in the next day itself, waited for 3 days for pick up and but after reading feedback on this forum, I realized they might not accept returns for items without tags.

Worst experience ever...they harass customers in the name of easy returns...go back on their words and much more...we ordered a dress and raised an issue within 5 mins of receiving it that tag is missing and they assured that there will be no issues later went back on that and Said that they never said that...worst digital shopping app ever...would never recommend it to others.

Terrible returns service! Its been more than 10 days that my parcel was picked up. There is no update regarding anything from your end. Your customer care number is always busy. Product was of horrible quality! No refund is generated even after repeated attempts to contact you people!

Ajio does not refund on returns Ajio thus violates both the Contract as well as Consumer Protection Laws.

There has been issues with few of the returns made through Ajio, where delivery agency Shadowfax is denying to pick up the delivery products despite having the issues with the products mentioned below - 1 - Return ID - RT161857964 - Original Product received was damaged - at the time of pickup delivery boy refused to pick up the product stating that the item is defective and cannot be taken back.

Secondly - when I tried to return, your app is telling me that return pickup is unavailable from my area…how come ajio can make fool of customers where you can sell and deliver your products to us but when it comes to genuine returns, you can’t have it picked from same address - is it justified? Your customer support is asking me to provide alternative address, please think logically how many addresses one individual can probably have in the same city? I tried providing two more, which didn’t got accepted either and lastly, one address got accepted but later your support team gave me another shock that now ajio wants me to self ship the product- this is highly unacceptable! I regret doing my first purchase from ajio rather then sticking to my existing shopping portals like Amazon, myntra etc.
