“Absolutely awful company. I hardly ever write bad reviews but I am gutted.
I shop online regularly ordering various items/sizes to try from home and I genuinely return those that do not suit or fit.
Recently I order two pairs of boots by Ajvani via Debenhams. Sadly they did not fit me and I therefore used Debenhams Royal Mail returns process which allowed me to have my parcel collected from home.
A return confirmation showed only one pair of boots and after numerous emails to Debenhams who contacted Ajvani this is the latest response:
"Ajvani Shoes have got back to us, they have advised the receipt does not show the weight for 2 pairs and they have only received 1 pair back at their warehouse, due to this they will not be able to refund the second pair."
So I now have to pay for a pair of boots I do not have!!!

“I purchased boots from this company through Debenhams. I tried the boots on in my kitchen and walked the lenght of the kitchen. As the boots didn't appear great quality, I put them straight back in the box and returned them to the company a few days later. The company sent them back saying they'd been worn and shown sufficient wear that they couldn't be resold and therefore they wouldn't provide a refunded. This is in spite of photos that show they weren't and that the stickers on the end of the boots are still there and fully intact. A total waste of money as the boots are such poor quality that wearing them in my kitchen to try them out qualifies them as used and unsuitable to be returned. This just proves the poor quality of these boots. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Tried to upload photos as proof but it won’t upload them”
“Absolutely shocking, came in a tatty box, very poor quality shoe, ordered a size 5 they don’t fit someone a size 4. Threads coming away, cheap tatty shoes which cost £27.99. Would never recommend”

“very poor service, returned a pair of shoes within 2 hours of receipt and they will not refund them, as they are worn, but not by me, as I only had them a few hours and sent them back. I wonder if they do this to all their customers, just lie, so they do not have to give money back. Customers need to know, what they are like, so they buy elsewhere.”
“I bought a pair of toe capped boots they became defective after a month and half and when thwy saw the pictures they said its not a manufacturer defect so im not eligible for a refund or replacement”

Totalmente desaconsejable. Estos indeseables no solo son unos pésimos profesionales, ademas no te hacen el mas mínimo caso una vez que les has pagado.
Llevo desde primeros de enero esperando recibir unos zapatos, y no solo no se hacen responsables del envío, si no que todavía no he recibido la devolución del dinero.
Insisto .... yo no les volveré a comprar absolutamente nada.”
“I bought a pair of toe-post wedge sandals last year but did not actually wear them until my holiday this year in June. On the third occasion of wearing them, the strap over the foot came away from the wedge making them totally unwearable. I have emailed Ajvani shoes since my return from holiday on 3 separate occasions together with photographs of the sandals but they have never bothered to respond. The quality is extremely poor - 3 wearings during the evening and they fall apart!!! Would not recommend or buy again from them.”
