“I had an ongoing VPN connection issue. Akita not only resolved the connection issue they resolved the entire network setup which now runs flawlessly. During the process Tom and Matt were extremely professional and had no issues picking up where the other had left off. This in itself is priceless to me as "not my job" tends to be integrated into most IT based companies I have dealt with in the past. Brilliant team. Highly recommended.”

“Akita support was first class. My PC 'crashed' due to lack of storage space on one of my drives. I phoned Akita as I was unable to use most of the programs on the PC and Akita immediately responded to my query. Ben at Akita phoned and remotely released some storage space and I was able to use all programs when I came int owork this morning. Thank you all very much. Marilyn”

“I had storage issues on my C Drive plus viruses. My issues were dealt with promptly; the C drive was cleared down really quickly and he ran a virus scan on the system. My computer is a lot quicker today! Great service”
