“If I could give this company a 0 stars I would to say the least. If you’re not from the UK please refrain from purchasing anything from @Akoma Skincare! I accidentally made a purchase on July 4th of their Shea Nilotica Butter for approximately $11.16 not realizing the shipping cost would be $37…so I immediately reach out in the chat on their website to cancel my order before they began to processing anything but I had no luck! 1st response was we typically reply within 4hrs, then we typically reply before close of business….on the 5th I email their support team to cancel my order to which they didn’t…they then emailed be back on the 9th saying they couldn’t find my order # in the system so I then provided it to them but my order still wasn’t cancel after that. To put the ice on the cake today I got a Duty and Tax Invoice in the mail for $41.88…plus given that they didn’t cancel my order I didn’t receive my package until the 27th of July”

“Customer service is very helpful and it is a pleasure to receive such neat and professionally packaged orders. Gift pack contents were customed to include the recipient's product choices. Maybe information about out of stock items and product availability could be announced more clearly.”

“As a customer of Akoma for at least 5 years, I have never been disappointed. Ever since being introduced to natural skin care, discovering your company with its community building, fair-trade ethos, and the information on each of its products, I have been able to formulate my own body butters combines with your oils. The quality of your shea butter is faultless, and my skin is glowing. Of course, a balance of mind, healthy social contacts, spiritual health, praise God, and taking care of my skin and that of my family is key. Holistic health. Thank you so much for your products.”

“Akoma excellent company would not go anywhere else they appear to have most products I want and continue to always deliver when you request to have your parcel delivered on a particular day it is no problem both boss and staff very helpful.
