“Bought some Tapioca (dry and frozen). First class service - the frozen packs were still solidly frozen. This was the first time we have used Sabadda and will do so again. Initially, used their online chat facility which worked well.”

“We are happy with delivery and items are all very nicely packed. I heard my friend that they are not paying any standard delivery charges when they ordered above £25. Is this true ? Because we are paying the delivery charges every time and we do spend more than 40 every time.”

Thank you so much Kiran. Delivery charges depend on postcode areas. For certain postcodes which are very near to where we are based, delivery is undertaken by our own delivery team. So, we do not charge for delivery. For all other areas we rely on third party couriers for delivery. We offer free shipping on orders over £50 to these areas.

“I have used Sabadda for the first time. I was quite happy with the packaging and the response time. The only recommendation is that at the time of booking, it will be good if the estimated delivery date is mentioned when check out. I will opt to use sabadda again in the future.”

“I started using Sabadda 2 weeks ago in mid-February, and really like the following: - Minimum delivery option of £15 is so appropriate for my family needs; - One-day delivery option if ordered before 1pm the previous day; - SMS sent before the products are delivered with tracking options; - 5% discount given after every order for the next order bought after writing a review; Would suggest the following to be added: - More delivery slots of 2 hour slots is preferable instead of the present 3 hour window for delivery; - More veggies could be added along with dairy products;”

“The order arrived promptly to Milton Keynes (1 day delivery). The frozen food was well packed in insulated material and stayed frozen even after 6 hours of delivery. The quality of stuff sent was very good. The prices seem competitive. Overall very happy.”
