Hi Kiran. You should have brought this to our attention immediately instead of raising this in the review. We are available almost 24/7 on website chat, phone (+44 7405 362569) and email (support@sabadda.com). We are a responsive and customer-friendly business. We could have addressed and resolved the issue to your satisfaction. Having said that, we did not receive any negative feedback on methi leaves or okra from other customers whose orders were dispatched on the same day as yours. Methi leaves do wilt fast when kept in open air.

Thank you Anoop. However, we are disappointed with the negative rating. And you don't even have any issues with us. We are averaging around 4.75 and any rating below 5 brings down our average rating making it a negative rating.
