“Customer service is very good. I ordered 52 size L throbe which is too tight. I am 5’6” which doesn’t fits me. I have to return it cost me£12.00. Since I returned I received the replacement with in one days. I ordered 56 XL which is good size but the sleeve is still too tight. I spent another £20 to reduce the length. The fabric is nice. I suggestion is to make the sleeve more loose that would be comfort to wear.”

“Good quality thobes. I would definitely recommend it. I have bought two of them , there were others that i was also interested but they were out of stock in my size. Took one star away as i think if someone is spending over 50 , the shipping should be free where as it wasnt and also I had query for short sleeve thobes size, i messaged on the whatsapp link on webpage and got response that size is on the website , whereas it isnt , the pages for shortsleeve thobes only tells you the length when ordering but not the size (medium , large or XL) had someone looked at properly into the message and the weblink they should have noticed that easily. So in short a person can only select the length when ordering short sleeve thobe as there is no size (M, L XL) available.”
