“I was told since September 2018 that I would not pay until March 2019. We had a hurricane and lost service until November 2018. They have charged my account every month starting in November 2018 until current date,February 2019. They do not keep their word. PLEASE BE AWARE!!! DOCUMENT,DOCUMENT,DOCUMENT”
