“It seems that there is a new female floor manager, long brown hair. On Thursday night the 28th Aug she insisted on keeping open the smoking area door which caused all the bar & seating area to fill with the foul smell of smoke. When I complained she refused to have it closed saying it was a fire exit. She sounded quite foolish as you cannot exit from there. I hope this is not a regular practice, if it is i will use video & notify the environmental health.”
