“Pre ordered for 22 people and all had to squeeze onto a table designed for 16.
Meat was on the plate with veg dishes given out separately so by the time it reached the other end of the table, it was going cold. Unable to order at the table separately to the 'tab' so had to squeeze out of the sardine tin to get to the bar. Toast with pate was clearly left out for a while before being served as it was rock hard.”

However, staff need to focus their attention more on the people doing drugs in the toilet. So much effort spent looking after the “welfare of women” drunk… when causing no harm. (Talking from nearly 40 years of age)”
“Reasonable bar, when you pass the criteria to enter!
I tried to enter at the Albert Schloss around 10pm last Friday with a group of 12 friends (equal number of men and women, all properly dressed up) and we were told by the security that the house was full and that we were too many to enter. He then made us to leave the queue and continue letting everybody behind us to enter, clearly over 12 people.
When i asked the why, the security guy could only justify that we were too many, and said that he wouldn’t let us in even if we would divide ourselves in 3 groups of 4.
We also had 5 friends inside waiting for us that had to leave as we couldn’t enter.
I am extremely disappointed with Albert Schloss and I will certainly not think of this place next time we go out.”
“Brilliant bar! Great entertainment , good mixture of old and young. Didn’t eat but food looked lovely. Lively, was packed and was only a Sunday night. Great location too!”
