Do not by online. The worst customer service. This is the first time I've seen a well-known brand literally ignore its customers. They delivered my order without warning or calling me. I complained six days later, and they told me it had been delivered. As a result, my order was lost. I wrote to Aldo, and they literally didn't even bother to respond to my email. Don't buy online; the worst option.

I spent $50 on a gift card which I accidentally dropped beside the cashier. After much running around between the store and the Customer Service line where they verified that I had indeed purchased it, they refused to cancel it and would not respond to further inquiries.

worst service and worst customer care support,should learn quality from CenterPoint and other companies like first cry,namshi,6th street and amazon. 1st time im returning an item to Aldo and yet taking weeks to even respond and they are so crooked that no customer call center line.

I have ordered some items from ALDO, one of the items was damaged and the other one was wrong. I have returned the same day. This was a month ago and they still haven’t refunded the money, i have contacted their customer service and every time is the same answer that they are working on it. Very disappointing and no wonder all the negative comments here. Advising everyone don’t order from them. Thanks

I contacted customer service to explain the situation and ask if I could still return these and they said "no but we'll give you site credit!" I said "for more awful shoes? no thanks.

My first online order the warehouse shipped wrong size. Drive back to store to return for refund. cS shipped new pair offered 25 percent discount and expedited shipping on April 24. Still don't have shoes 5 days later. Daughter dress fitting in 6 days. Local store doesn't have her size. Calling CS on Monday. This is unacceptable service. Will never shop here again!

Um, he had the rude security call and leaving our shoes on the floor outside the store while we were talking to security, they have poor quality products and poor customer service.

I purchased this pair of shoes directly from ALDO at their store in Colombia. After a brief period of normal use, the shoes developed numerous defects, rendering them unwearable as they now look terrible. Despite attempting to contact their customer service for support, I found that they simply don't care. They have low quality products and poor customer service. I advise you to save your money.
