I am disappointed with Alexander Forbes! It's about to be 3 months now and I have not received my provident fund payout, I get different stories from customer service consultants, seems like they have no clue, someone said it was sent for tax directive last week I called this today they tell me it has not been sent for tax directive, they are apologizing for the wrong information I received. i have to wait for 4 weeks! What's going on?? Will I get a payout or not? I'll have to report you now. This is a waste of time.
