“I am living in Norway. I found website www.ninewestnorge.com that I thought it to be a Nine West store in Norway. I bought shoes from the website. After I checked out and paid, it was informed that I paid to a company in China. I suspect that they were fake company. Then I tried to send email and connect with the customerservice from the website. But it was silence with no response from them. I used WHOIS.COM to search for who is the owner of the website www.ninewestnorge.com, t was found that the owner of the website is ALIBABA.COM SINGAPORE E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED. I follow the website of this company (http://www.alibabacloud.com) and send them a message to ask for help. They did not response to me.
03 weeks later, I received a package from china. There was a scarf in the package that was valued about 05 USD, while I bought the shoes from te website costed more than 100 USD.
There is one thing that I cannot connect to the website since I sent them my complaint if I used my laptop or telephone. I can just be able to load the website if I use another laptop or telephone.
I hope thet this review can help other customers who can avoid from this fake website. They are the online robbery.”
