“simply you sent the wrong product . I ordered K2 with vit D but you sent me vit D only. So I've decided to keep them but wont be ordering anything else from you and also took an age to receive them. Disappointed.”

Hi Michael, Please accept our apologies for sending you a wrong product. Now that you decided to keep it that's fine, but if you contacted us prior to posting a negative review, we'd have sent you the correct product free of charge using expedited delivery. Deliveries were indeed a bit slow around the Christmas period, but that's to be expected with the volume of gifts that all companies deliver. Kind regards Magda

The customer has failed to provide the flat number, and Royal Mail has returned the parcel to us due to incomplete address - postman could not have known which flat the parcel was for. We refunded the order immediately. We always use reputable company (Royal Mail) for our deliveries.
