“Ordered revitalash from them - I was right in thinking the price was too good to be true. Having used this product for years, my lashes were getting thinner and sparser by the day using the product I bought from them. I then ordered direct from revitalash and saw many differences in the packaging. I contacted them and they didn’t deny at all that the product was fake - they said I could return it but then denied having received it even though the tracking stated it had been delivered. They eventually refunded me after A LOT of pestering but many would have given up, I think they rely on this!
So sadly, the prices are too good to be true on this site, please avoid.”

Allbeauty advertise free samples with every order and refuse to send any on a £200+ order.
Emailed customer service and was told “I didn’t select free samples at the checkout” which is rubbish as there is no option to select free samples at the checkout. When we challenged this they then changed their story to “samples are only available when we have stock. At present, we have no samples available”
So the story keeps changing, which means this company is false advertising, lying to its customers and have no integrity. We are returning the items unopened as probably fell off the back of a lorry and certainly not going to chance it. Scam of a company BEAWARE!”
