“Your driver/operator need to consider there working environment and not block a road off when delivering at 5.00pm , he was rude when asked to move blaming your customer, that he was told to park across a thoroughfare and F everyone!!!! he made us and 5 other cars, delivery van wait 25 minutes before he would move, this turned into an argument then stated we were blocking him!! Dam right rude and ignorant, your customer stated that the delivery should have been at 2.00pm, and was 3 hours late, which the residents on little miss farm estate had to suffer for this delay and br treated with arrogance!!!!!”
“Ordered concrete for 10 15 this morning. I've paid for builders to be here all day. We are still waiting, it's been over 6 hours. Very poor service. Not even a text message to say what was happening”
“They gave us the time window of arrival between 12 and 2pm. No contact from them when running late, hung up on me when complaining. Advised us it could be up to 5pm, terrible attitude and didnt turn up at all.”
“Booked time off work,took fences down for access etc.which took 2hrs then they phoned up 10 mins before delivery time with some poor excuse that something had broke down,was told they had electricians working on it all night,so why did they not phone earlier ?Then I phoned up,think it was Warrington & some ignorant bad mannered guy started swearing to me on the phone because I asked for compensation,then because I said it was a poor management he hung up on me!DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible service !!!!!!!!!!Let downs!!!”
