“If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a silver baby cup for my great grand-daughter on 8/17. Received email on 8/18 saying it was shipped and to be expected on 8/21. I called on 8/27, as the UPS tracking info said a label had been created but they did not have possession of the package. I called and spoke with customer service (after waiting on hold for 20 min). Leah couldn't give me an answer as to what happened, said shipping would get back to me in 24 hrs. No one called. I called on 9/2 and spoke with Kathy. She couldn't help either, said a manager would call me in 24 hours. No one called. Called today (9/11) and spoke again with Leah. She is unable to find out what happened, cannot connect me to anyone in the company (she can only give messages for them to call me back), and she can't refund my money (I have to email corporate). This is the worst customer service from any kind of company I have ever done business with. She said she is the only one on site and that her manager is on break and I can't talk to him (someone named Don). She said he will call me back today. I spend $236 with this company and they have no way to refund me unless I email their service email address. Which others say no one answers. I will be calling my credit card company to see what can be done. Do NOT buy from this company.”
“Nightmare. That's what this has been. I ordered a silver rattle for my new grandson on April 7, 2024. It is May 27, and they have still not received it. None of my many emails to the company have been answered. When I called the company last week, the person who answered the phone assured me the rattle had been delivered just that day. No, it hadn't. My son said he received a note from the post office that the item lacked $5 in postage and was being held at the post office for him to come pick up and pay for. Are you kidding me? I buy a $100 baby rattle and 50 days later the company still cannot manage to deliver it. Plus they lied to me. Never ever do business with this horrible company.”
